I am trying to run QuickBASIC 7.1 in Windows XP, but this is all I see:

C:\qb>qbx
C:\>dosx
C:\>PATH=C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\System32\
Wbem;C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI Control
run-time error R6002
- floating point not loaded
C:\qb>

Notice this part especially:

run-time error R6002
- floating point not loaded

I have heard that this is about a coprocessor, but I have two 3.4GHz Pentium IV processors on a Dell Dimension 4700C. I've heard those have coprocessors built in...

Can I PLEASE have some help?

By the way, I also have Visual Basic for DOS, which used to work earlier, but now gives me the same error.

PLEASE respond soon!
