and.. currntly i've been install it on the synaptic and all wxwidgets and their libraries were installed when i run a sample wxwidgets program.. there are too many errors... :( ahmm please help me or give some advice thnks again and God BLess!!

Before console text was white, it was green, and before that the background was a darker green too. Green was picked for terminals because programmers spent so much time reading code and were jealous of what other people could write.

Green text brings back memories of coding with BASIC on Apple IIs. The reason it was green was because the monitor was monocolor, and thus the only colors that could be produced were black and green. A sad day it was for me when the disk drive broke down :-(
(Which is crucial because PRODOS is stored on a diskette)
