can we see the php codes of any website present online? for css there is a web developer tool in mozilla which shows the css codes is anything like that possible?

PHP is handled on the server-side, so the server processes it, and only displays HTML, etc in a browser.
Unless they have .phps (PHP Source), or unless you have access to the server files, I don't think you can get the PHP source code.
