There is checkboxlit which is bind with database, having option ALL, FirstName, LastName.
when i select All option FistName and LastName shoud be disable and when i unselect ALL option FirstName and LastName should enable.
also vice versa (when i select FisrtName option then All Option should be disable in checkboxlist).

You can do this with JavaScript/jQuery fairly easy.
