Hello, I found a nice exchange script where people post their own offers.I try to contact the lejer of the website but the website is dead, no activity and so I can not find which is this script and if he sell it.

I am talking about this : tips.me/exchange
If everybody know something exactly like this or similar please to tell me.
Or how much can cost to put something to make me a script like this?

Try searching GitHub for exchange. This one is written in ASP.NET so it might not be what you want (since you posted this in PHP).
