Have a look here: http://www.openssl.org/

It comes bundled with XAMPP. Don't know about WAMPserver - I think not.

That OK? I typed it out in size 0.01px (in white font) so that it wouldn't take up too much space. It's about a 5000 lines with explanations and examples of my own. It's taken me all day to type it out exactly as it was on the website to which I linked. Hope it helps :)
