I wonder if PHP can access MS database.
If so, can anyone share some lights on how to work on it?

What configuration i need to do inorder to do it.

I don't know about Access, but MSSQL is indeed possible.

Uncomment:
;extension=php_mssql.dll

in:
php.ini
