Admin Email: EMAIL
Admin Password: PASSWORD

once filled in it creates a db and gives them 5 mb of space
If you're wondering if you can host others off of your own Cpanel account, then no, unless you're granted the ability to host multiple domains in one account, even if you are, I wouldn't recommend it as a business technique, maybe just for fun. In order to host others as they should be hosted, you should purchase WHM from Cpanel's creator.
