Hi people,

My name is Ivan Sanchez and I'been a silent guest in this forum for a while. Now I think it´s time for a little introduction.

I work in a small software company (10 people) in Brazil and I´m 25 years old Agile enthusiast. We actually create software for web using eXtreme Programming and have plans in using Scrum in the near future (I´m a certified scrum master already). The languages we use are PHP and Java mostly.

My goal in this forum is to know the problems that people face in the software industry around the world and share our experiences also, hoping to improve our way to work.

I hope I can achieve this goal and I´m open to any question about my work or my country (why not? I love it!)
