I'm looking for a web browser that will consume little resource because i want to open multiple windows e.g. 30 (not minimized but scale down to a small size) at the same time or any software that can do that?

Any reason why you want to open 30 windows, any tabbed browser can eliminate the memory usage. I'd have to do the obligatory Firefox whoring as the main one.
