HI there can anyone please please please help me... I have red X on my C Drive I have thousands of these POS files on my laptop and I cant get rid of them!!! Can anyone please help me get rid of these files??? Its causing my laptop to crash go still and take up space and bring up pop ups saying my computer is at risk etc etc ....

what is this ? is it file ?
if it is file, search them with file name of size or creation date, then delete them.
if you are not able to delete them see the attribute of file and post here .
