I have forgotten the password to my traveldrive.. can anyone help?

The U3 Launchpad is configured to allow a certain number of failed login attempts before it locks access to the data on the U3 smart TravelDrive. Once your TravelDrive is locked, the only remedy is to erase the data (and installed applications) on your U3 smart TravelDrive and either create a new password or disable password protection.
