How to register software company?

Hi all,

I want to know what r the requirements for establishing a software company & how to register it? Is the procedure same for all countries?
I reside in India...

Im not sure how registration works in India but I own a web design and computer repair company and I know that here if you want to do international business you have to have a special license. So I would check with your local government to see what you need specifically so it don't make mistakes you will regret later.
