Hello;
My website have good ranking position against its required keywords. Now I want to move all data to a newly purchased domain. My question is whether implementing redirect to new domain can effect my business current search engine ranking and cause the loss in existing business or not?

You should use a 301 to indicate to google that the content has permanently moved to the new domain.

Then, if you haven't already done so, register your site with Google Webmaster Tools and there is a place in there where you can indicate your site has moved to a new domain.

Don't keep the same content up on Google on both domains because that can lead to duplicate content penalties.

Yes, you are right Dani, 301 is best way to divert traffic one page to another page.
