I submitted about 100 articles to 5 article directories. On the author links, I used exact anchor text like "free online dating", "asian dating".
Do you think that Google will penalize my sites for using such exact anchor texts?
Should I change these anchor texts to my domain name?

From my opinion these are the right ways to do article submission but on other hand always try to put anchor text on different keywords in an article.

Many article sites started giving Nofollow tag for Website links, after Google's Penguin Algorithm, Just check, whether your exact match domian back links given by nofollow tag or not. If not, Please change it.
