As per latest google algorithm we have toconcentrate on domain authority and page authority while doing linkbuilding for any project.

The third step - Drawing up the structure of the site
The fourth step - Technical page setup
The fifth step - Analysis of the "mobility" of the site and the implementation of important recommendations
