Hi, I am really confussed about getting hands in my adsense ads because I read the Adsense Policies.

But at the same time I am tired of finding big sites - with really hugh traffic - with changed adsense ads. Daniweb is an example, I just can´t find the ad formats that they use in the forums in my adsense account.

Can I change them or not? Do I have to be a Powerseller or something like that? How can i do it?

Please help me because I need to monetize mi site urgently ...

They are premium users , those adds are not available for ordinary users.

ithelp is correct. the ads being run on daniweb are for premium publishers only. in short, you need to have 20 million+ pageviews per month to even be considered as a premium publisher.
