Guys which IT strategy could blockbuster used to tackle the pressure they are facing by Netflix.

I would like to know if u think there are any IT solution out there which could help the company (blockbuster)

I have always advocated that the great thing about the Internet is that anyone with a great idea can put a 100 year old company out of business. Blockbuster can compete. And they already have the name. They just need an even better idea.
