I saw in some case studies that after getting adsense code some bad people do some unwanted things so that website owener might be banned from google adsense program. How do I prevent my website from those bad people or their strategies? What actually they do to do harm to a website owner. I am new in this field.

I agree with Jorge, Just follow Google guidelines an get high amount of traffic to your website, and your CTR should always be on lower side. Depends your Page Views and clicks.
