I have a 4 month old blog .I am getting about 400 visitors per day.I applied for Clicksor but the earnings are pretty low-about 0.1$ per day.Is it normal?What is the maximum that can be earned from a technology blog with about 400 visitors daily?Also,90% of visitors come through search engines.

Not many people earn big money with blogs. Same is yours. You need to put in a lot of time and effort in the blog to make some money. Even in that it is doubtful whether you will earn a decent income from blogs.
