Yup, the page you linked to described google's implementation of page level ads for mobile devices. I was just wondering if anyone thought they would ever open it up to the desktop. It's been mobile only forever.

Now I get it. OK, I took another reading in the google adsense forum and it looks like the answer is no page level for desktops yet. Not that others didn't ask.
