Hey everyone,

With so many channels to juggle—SEO, PPC, social ads, automation—it's becoming harder to know what’s actually moving the needle. At 1into2, we’ve seen some great lead-gen performance through blended funnels (SEO + Google Ads), but the landscape keeps shifting fast.

I’d love to learn from others here:

Are you seeing better ROI from organic channels or paid traffic right now?

Has anyone tried integrating automation with outreach or landing page optimization?

Is content still king, or has video finally taken over for real engagement?

I'm always interested in practical strategies, especially those that work beyond theory. Let's exchange insights that actually help others scale results—not just buzzwords.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and what’s worked for you so far in 2025!

Great questions! From my experience, organic channels are still delivering solid long-term ROI, especially when paired with optimized landing pages and consistent content updates. That said, paid traffic like Google Ads gives quicker results when tested alongside smart audience targeting.

As for automation, integrating it into outreach—like follow-up email sequences or retargeting workflows—has helped keep the momentum going after the initial touchpoint.

Content definitely still holds its ground, but short-form video is getting much more engagement, especially on mobile. I’ve seen the best results when combining both: valuable written content supported by video snippets that drive attention and trust.

It’s really all about balance and continuous testing these days.

What organic channels do you focus more on? Search or social media?

You would suspect that you would always see better ROI from organic channels than paid traffic because organic traffic is free and paid traffic costs you money per visitor. However, it's always been my experience that paid traffic is higher quality because it is more targeted to my specific demographic actively looking specifically for what I want want my customer to be looking for. Organic traffic tends to be people more fishing for information, much earlier in the conversion funnel, at least in my own experience.

Great point! You’re absolutely right—paid traffic definitely has the edge when it comes to targeting specific intent-driven users. Especially for time-sensitive offers or when testing new funnels, I've seen paid channels like Google Ads and even Meta Ads convert faster and more predictably.

That said, on the organic side, I lean more towards search (SEO) because I find it builds authority over time and drives consistent leads without ongoing ad spend. But I do blend in social platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter (X) for thought leadership and nurturing.

Totally agree that organic users often sit higher in the funnel, but I’ve noticed that mixing paid traffic with strong content follow-up (like remarketing or email automation) tends to convert those “info-seekers” into buyers over time. So for me, it's a two-step play—paid for quick wins, organic for long-term brand equity.

Curious—have you found any specific paid channel performing better lately?

SEO remains essential, but platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok are becoming powerful lead generation tools.
