Hi everyone,

I’m working on a small digital marketing workflow where short AI-generated videos may be used as supporting visuals for blog posts, social posts, or landing page sections.

For context, I have been testing AI video generator tools, including <promotional product snipped by moderator>, mainly to understand how image-to-video or text-to-video clips might fit into a content review process. I’m not trying to compare tools or promote a specific platform. My question is about the approval workflow before any AI-generated clip is published.

For people who have used AI-generated video in marketing content, what checks do you normally run before approving a clip?

Some areas I’m thinking about:

Whether the video changes the product, brand, or original image in a misleading way
Whether the source image has clear usage rights
Whether the video should be labeled as AI-assisted
Whether the motion actually supports the message or just adds distraction
Whether alt text, captions, or a short note should be added for accessibility and transparency
Do you use a formal checklist for this, or is it usually handled case by case?

I’d appreciate practical advice from anyone managing digital media, content review, or marketing approvals.

I’d definitely use a simple checklist rather than handling every video differently. For me, the main things would be usage rights, accuracy, brand consistency, and whether the AI changes anything in a misleading way, then I’d check accessibility before publishing
