I had build a site which can let advertiser to post their company logo on our ad space and I will do the group maketing to all sponsor on the page.

Advantage: one time ad, we promote it forever. divided by geographic location .

I just started this site for 2 weeks and this site gone all over the world (especially in USA). and the result of each sponsor can average get 6-7 clicks per day.

I am advertising this site thru proper channel. such as Google, Yahoo PPC (now only $20 per day), search engine submittion, banner exchange etc. and avoid any SPAM promotion.

I strongly believe that promotion is affordable and good result especially for eBiz on start up stage. It works in UK before.

But seems that Advertisers come slower then I expected.

Could any Expert can give me some advise ?
it this idea bad ? layout not good ? bad content ?

eventhough you think this site is a garbage, could you still give me some hints so that I can improve my site ?

I really really want to do something GOOD / ... Miracle on the Internet. I want this site shows everywhere with tons of sponsors. I dont mind to spend all sponsors income on advertisement, but I need to find a right way which advertiser like, and which method will be more productive.

Hope I can get your advise. thanks for your time.

Regards,
Bernard

A few practical, no-nonsense improvements that build on points raised by and address the core problem described: low advertiser uptake despite traffic. The issue is rarely traffic alone — it’s clarity of value for the buyer, measurable outcomes, and a friction-free sales path.

First: prove performance. Provide each advertiser a simple report (impressions, clicks, and whether those visits generated leads) and use tagged URLs so every campaign can be traced back to a source. Offer a short pilot or a satisfaction guarantee in exchange for permission to publish anonymized results; those early metrics become the proof that sells. For how to tag and track campaign traffic, see Google’s guide on campaign tracking and UTM parameters ().

Second: simplify the product and the purchase. Publish two or three clear packages (featured slot with a headline and link; standard logo placement; targeted rotation), full creative specs, and a one-page benefits sheet showing what the advertiser gets and when. Make signup a two-step flow: pay/upload creative → confirmation with a reporting link. Clear expectations reduce hesitation.

Third: sell smarter and iterate. Target a handful of verticals with a tailored outreach pitch and pilot pricing to build case studies and testimonials. Use qualitative tools to improve the page and ads: heatmaps to see attention and A/B tests to raise click-throughs. Resources for those methods: Heatmaps and user insight tools and an A/B testing primer. Short, personalized outreach templates can accelerate initial signups ().

Small, data-driven pilots and a straightforward buying experience turn curiosity into paying customers.
