hi m going to develop a web application for a brush manufacturing factory.m in design phase now. but as i m a beginner i dont have much knowlege about language to be used in that. can any one help me which language should i learn . php or java??

if you're actually in "design" phase then it does not need a dynamic page to use php etc. But if you're pulling the information from some kind of database and placing it in your custom design....
Still tell us what you really need hehe

in my opinion, PHP is a better and easy way to learn web server side scripting,.
rather than JAVA,.. immensely long and highly programmtical language..
