Hi people,

Were thinking of buying an ipod nano for one of the kids xmas presents. Now we heard, that you can only download music from apples site, and cant say download them from anywhere else and put them on the nano. Does anyone know what the score is with these things?

Your help would be really appreciated..

I'm fairly certain you can put music not purchased through iTunes on to any ipod including the nano.

I own several ipods .. you can easily put music not from the itunes store on the ipod using itunes ... 3/4 of the music i have the itunes store doesn't even carry .. i either transfer cds or mp3 into itunes and from the itunes it goes into the ipod.

Your kids will be realy happy to get the ipods.
