my daughter just opened her mp3 player. she turned it on and we started to down load music. she shut it off and came back a little bit later and it said "disc error". can u help me out with this problem. What should i do? I got it from a company named Uxcell in Hong Kong.

email back the company, if you payed via ebay you can always ask for a refund if the company doesnt responds
