A few months ago my pc crashed and i took it back to the place i bought it from, to let them fix the problem. They formated my hard drive and changed a vent, when i got it back, two frontside usb ports werent working, well, not correctly anyway. When i plug something in, gamepad for example, the lights on my gamepad will go on, but this comes up:

I have 4 ports on the backside of my pc that work all fine.
When i click on the message, this comes up:

and i only counted 6 ports on my computer.
