Hi my name is Grace and I am having a problems with my printer. Two week ago I had a anti-virus trying to sell me some software so every time I clicked they came up. So my sister tried to help me and we got rid of the virus software. Now the problem I have is I cannot print from word 2002 or online. Can anyone help me, Thank you so much.

is your firewall disable? it may not allow you to install printer

you may have uninstalled the driver when you did a restore. try re-installing the manufacturer's driver that came with your printer. if you don't have the disc most printer manufacturers will have the drivers on their wesite.
