Hi guys. I have a Toshiba Satellite A205-S4607 that's about a year and three months old. Recently I have noticed that about a minute or so after I turn my laptop off, there is a very very small (as in blink-and-you'll-miss-it) flash of light inside the screen. AFAIK, it's only noticeable in the dark. I try to take good care of my laptop. Is this normal computer behavior, or do I need to look into getting this repaired?

I think so. After like a year, my macbook do the same thing too and its been 2 years now but it still working good. Just need a lil adjusting on your brightness.
