Good day

I Have a problem
My Motherboard is P4M900t-M2 ECS
when i install my Video Card (GF 7300GT)512 mb
the windows start-up will display but wouldn't display in windows.

what could be the problem?

we already tried to boot in safe mod but we cant get into safemode. we wait about half an hour but nothing happens. what if upgrade the OS to sp3. it has a XP sp2 OS. will it work?
