I pluged in my modem and it came up with an unidentified communications device.
I have tried another modem. All three the same. It can't find a driver because it can't identify the device. I tried it in another computer and the same thing.
By the way, I am using XP.

If your computer is not recognize your modem.its you have to install modem driver.
