I just installed a AMD 64 3000+ and a ABIT AV8 KBT800 Pro motherboard and the system won't even start up. I turn the comp on but 3 seconds later, everything shuts off? Is it my power supply or do I need more thermal paste on the processor? It's brand new!?!

Need help to fix the problem.
