Hello,
I have finally gotten my power supply to turn on and give power to the motherboard. Unfortunately when this happens it does not give me a happy chirp and the monitor does not display anything. I was thinking it may be my video card. Another factor that may be important is if i tighten the screws too tight the mobo grounds out somewhere that it shouldnt and it creates a short. Do i need all of the holes in the mobo screwed down?

thank you

The grounding out is not a good thing, maybe your board is toast?

yeah, that is what i was thinking. I believe it is posting fine, but the agp slot is not working. I have tried three different graphics cards and all three do not work. One of them have a fan and the fan on the graphics card does not turn on. Well i think i may call the mobo manufacturing company but thanks for the help anyway.
