This unit has an Intel CPU, onboard video, a free PCIeX16 slot and a free PCI slot. I bought a new PCI video card and I also swapped out the monitor for a known good one, but i still get the NO SIGNAL from the monitor. I also reset the BIOS with the jumper. Opinions?
