Hi. I have 2 towers, one is perfect, the other one does not turn the monitor on, WHY? I hear the HDD working and all the other Dvs responding, but the monitor just doesn't come on. The light on the monitor goes orange(stanby mode) and nothing else happens. What in the world?

my dell computer will not start up i have 1 3 2 beep signal and the monitor will not come on yellow lite on monitor and the hard driving is working what could be the problem
