My processor is an athlon 2.1 ghz 1800+ I believe but for some reason belarc and my computer specs say it is only running at 1.4 ghz my motherboard is an Aopen AK79D-400MAX and according to the PDF it is capable of running processors faster than 1.4 ghz. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry I wasn't in my room when I wrote that--My processor is actually an Athlon XP 3000+......but I looked in the bios and discovered that for some reason the FSB was set too low so I set it back to 200 and bam it was fixed! Thank you so much for your reply though!! Great to finally find a place where people know what they're talking about! :) Hooahh thanks Nizzy!
