Hello sorry, I'm not very computer smart but...I plat this game called Lineage 2and a few mins into the game my screen goes black, I can still hear sound but i can not exit the game, minamize the screen, or use ctrl alt del. I have to manualy turn off my laptop. I never had this problem before I got my laptop fixed by the LG company. When they sent my laptop back my hard drive was loose so I'm not sure if the video card is messed up as well. I don't know how to fix it like I said im not computer smart. =( Thanks for help.

Sounds like heat or damage, or both. Not sure but i would invest time in finding a local laptop specialist in your area. Yopu might pay for it but the expertise will be worth it. On the other hand if it's still in warranty i would RMA the laptop altogether if it were me.
