I downloaded service pack2 from microsoft.com. after restarting the system a blue screen appeared with a Stop: 0x00000071. I read and did what it said on the screen and that didn't work. I also tried going to the BIOS screen that didn't work. Then a black screen appeared I tried all that was on the screen. Still nothing. It's a dell laptop Inspiron 1100.
