I have a Advent 3511, 2.9ghz, Pentium 4 with 512MB DDR and have just tried to install a XFX Geforce 6800XT 256mb graphics card.
Uninstalled old graphics drivers, unscrewed and removed old card, replaced with new card and secured with screw, reconnect power and turn on and just get a constant beep??? PC sounds like it is starting up but have no display, beep seems to be coming direct from the Graphics card.
Does anyone have any ideas at all what is wrong???

OKay, No longer beeping but getting no display? Computer boots okay, have driver CD in cdrom to pick up as computer boots but screen remains black???
ANy ideas??
