Sirs,

I'm sorry to bother you.

My laptop seems to be dead.

I would try to solve problem step by step.

First problem I noted is that the power led (and the other leds) flashs when I insert the power connector but it does not remain light. Then it restart and remain light.

Second I try to start it but or it reboot or it goes on a white screen.

Please, please please, help me to solve (or suggest any ideas to solve) at least the first problem.

Check with Acer support. The flashing light combination may be an error code telling you what is wrong.
