When I click google search results, every other result I click takes me to a seemingly random page... showing related results. It's like it's just been put through another search engine. I then need to close the tab and click the link again. And I keep getting blue-screened, and am having installer problems for various programs.

First thing to do is to download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware @ http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

Once installed, do a full update (It does daily updates) and then run a full scan and delete everything that the scan finds. Once completed, try doing what you were before and see if it's better. If not, post another Hijack this log.

Also, your HiJackThis program is way out of date. Please remove that one from the computer and download the . AFTER you have run the MBA-M scan, had it remove everything found, REBOOT the computer and run a new HJT scan with the new version. Post back here with both the MBA-M log and the HJT log.
