I am unable to open Spybot, Norton, or regedit in regular mode. If I reboot into safe mode I am able to run these programs. I have run Norton, Pccillin, Housecall, and Panda Active Scan along with Ad-Aware and Spybot. Many of my issues have been resolved, but I still cannot open certain programs. It seems like it is specific to programs that remove problems (ie Norton and Spybot) I saw a post with similar symptoms that had a desktop trojan. Here is my HJT log, I am unsure what needs to be removed. I really appreciate the help.
