My daughter-in-law uses Entourage on her relatively new iMac and it keeps quitting. Possible the kids did something tonight to cause this. Any ideas where to start? She is in NC (husband is in Iraq) and I am in Florida. Any idea where to begin? Repair permissions? Please don't assume we know a lot about computers as we do not. Does this require a specialist? Any help is greatly appreciated.
