Installed printer software for HP deskjet 5550 (v1.3x), then had to reinstall 10.3 system. Now everytime I go to the print dialog box in Quark 6.0, then select the 'printer' option (next to the page set-up option, bottom left) Quark quits after briefly showing the spinning coloured wheel. I then get the message about contacting Quark with the fault, which I have done.
I have since tried reloading printer software but no change.
In the old days, I would have dumped preferences, but have no idea what file to dump now, there seems to be so many.
Any help you could offer would be appreciated.

Quark has got many bugs I've read but there's an update now.. 6.1

Try this, and maybe this problem is solved!
Only a little tip: If you have the chance to use InDesign.. do it. :) you can open QXP-files with it too, so the migration to it would be easy. :)
