Can Mac OS X 10.8 upgrade now? Mine is Macbook Pro which is brought in 2011.

Yes you can definilty upgrade to 10.9 or 10.10.

Yes, You most definitely can ! I have a MBP 2011, and am currently running Yosemity 10.10.2 ! And if you mean can you upgrade your Hardware , the answer is still yes. I installed 16 GM memory and a 1 TB internal drive in mine . If interested try OWC . Just Google it !!
