Hi,
I'm a newbie. I want to be able to record a movie of all of my actions as I work in a couple of applications. My research shows I should save the file as a .mov for it to be most cross-platform compatible.

I am making a seminar particular to my profession and it needs to be distributed on the web. I would prefer it not be downloadable, but just playable.

I don't have a clue where to start. What application(s) do I need? Can I add audio to narrate my actions?

I prefer to use Mac Panther.

I'm looking for as much info as possible.

Thanks,
awakening
