I had a bad disk cleanup is it possible to reverse it? Some thing are now missing like my internet explorer browser. It's not on my desktop or in start menu.

Beware of Windows own Disk Cleanup....Restore Windows own programs if they are uninstalled accidently from Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs> Select Add/Remove Windows components.

Thank you, but it tried and it's not uninstalled. The program is there but it's my icons that's not on desktop or on start menu.

Just create a new shortcut:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
Drag this shortcut to the start menu.
Have you enabled the Quick Launch Tool Bar?
