I have installed MS Office 2003 and acrobat writer 8 Pro on winXP. When I try and convert a word doc to a PDF I get an error message everytime stating that "MS word has encountered a problem and will close". There is no other useful information. I have scanned for any viruses and malware. I have tried fixing MS Office and acrobat writer. I have uninstalled MS Office and acrobat writer and then reinstalled them. But I continue to have this problem. Can anyone suggest how to fix this problem. Thanks.
