Can anyone help please? We have been using Contribute successfully for a few weeks. Now, all of a sudden, when we try to connect, it says 'The server is down or not accepting connections'. I have spoken to our web host who says that we have input all the correct passwords etc, we are still using the same Firewall (AVG) and really, nothing has changed.
I have now deleted all our connection settings and started again, trying in both IE and Firefox, to no avail. Could someone here possibly help? It's for a not for profit and we rely on Contribute to help us update the website.
